My roommate has her boytoy over ALL THE TIME. It’s driving me crazy, I’m so sick
of them and their PDA.
confession n. A written or oral statement acknowledging guilt, made by one who has been accused or charged with an offense.
It is the confession, not the priest, that gives us absolution.
— Oscar Wilde
It's kind of like being in someone's head while they're praying or thinking about things they'd never say outloud.

Can you tell them to cut out the PDA in front of you? Or ask them to leave the room?

Maybe they’re tired of you watching them and complaining??

They might secretly hate you and do it out of spite. I used to do that to my b/f’s jackass roommate. Man, that guy was a dick…

#3, that’s really high school-ish. Grow up.

Consider the nature of this and many other posts. My answer: no.

Hmm I find that weird you would make out in front of someone to spite them. I personally would feel uncomfortable doing that in front of other people to begin with. Keep it behind closed doors, if you ask me.

Too bad. Don’t care. Grow up.

4- Uh, you do care, because you keep checking here. How about if you have nothing helpful to say to the OP, go do something else? I was pointing out that some people do this out of spite. Sorry that you’re so concerned with me.

You didn’t offer anything helpful to the OP either, so I suggest you shut the fuck up. Apparently I hit a nerve with you because you continue to respond to me. Hypocrite much?

op - I think the best way to resolve this is to have a talk with your roommate about it and maybe set up a time where you can have the room to yourself and they can go out somewhere and vice versa. Or you can get a single next year (if you’re in the dorms) so that way you don’t have to deal with drama. You only have a month or two left (if you’re in the dorm), so just try to handle it as best as you can. I highly doubt it’s because of what post 3 said because that is an extremely childish (not to mention immature) way to handle problems with other people and given the rest of this person’s posts, I can understand why she would resort to childish behaviour.
Regardless, talk to your roommate about this if you’re going to be living with her for a long time, or deal with it for a couple more weeks and then you can get a new roommate or live in a single.
