I think the excitement of getting caught is what’s thrilling for you. There’s nothing wrong with masturbating in private, but doing it in public is wrong, you can get arrested for indecent exposure or lewd conduct if you get caught. So just try to keep it private. No one really wants to see you doing that during an exam, that’s a bit ridiculous.
If it’s the high sex drive that’s the factor (as opposed to the thrill of public masturbation), then get a dildo or a boyfriend/girlfriend, and bang away (safely of course).
